Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with Workday HCM, Workday configuration and Report Writer .
• Experience in configurations, security permissions and creating and uploading EIBs.
• Experience with configuration and updates of HCM, Compensation, Talent and Performance management, Time and Absence modules in Workday .
• Experience with creating test scenarios and running tests in Workday.
• Superior attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate both written and verbally in an organized and concise manner

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Duties

• Work closely with the People Technology and Services Product Owners to turn requirements into a solution.
• Provide support and implement solutions in Workday for all modules including, HCM, Compensation, Onboarding, Performance and Talent, Security, Time and Absence.
• Configures, tests, and deploys Workday solutions to optimize business processes in assigned functional area(s).
• Serves as a technical resource for future Workday implementations or enhancement.
• Develops and maintains processes to ensure integrity of data throughout the organization by running reports, auditing, analyzing information and troubleshooting errors.
• Works closely with the HR team to understand business processes, goals, and gaps to implement solutions that address the business needs; troubleshoot complex system/user issues to drive resolution and determine root cause, conduct workflow analysis and streamline processes.
• Configure Workday provided reports and build custom reports as directed by HR Management
• Serves as a Subject Matter Expert in Workday technology. Handle complex issues and work to provide solutions, performing work with a high level of latitude.
• Participate and assist with ongoing Workday function configuration and integration. Ensure successful launch of any updated Workday functionality.
• Detect and resolve vulnerabilities, identifies, investigates alternative solutions, recommends enhancements/changes, and conducts necessary vulnerability testing and risk analysis
• Ready to work in shift timings.
