- Overall accountability for developing & executing campaigns while maintaining timelines & cost efficiency.
- Playing the role of liaison between the client and the agency, ensuring that all client expectations are met from the brief to the execution stage
- Is alert to revenue opportunities and the health of the client/agency relationship.
- Develop strong working relationships with AMs and AEs to ensure that once briefed the campaign/project moves forward smoothly
- Provide clients counsel in the development of successful customer management strategies
- 6 - 8 years of experience in Mainline advertising
- Digital experience will be a bonus
- Strategic mindset
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Post Graduation in Advertising or Media is preferable
- Effective communication and strong inter-personal skills with eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
