- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.
- Controlling and adjusting machine settings.
- Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
- Test operation of machines periodically.
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
- Maintain activity logs.
- Able to read & calibrate nut runners' unit / Able to operate software which is needed for ECU Flashing Operation.
- Managing inbound / outbound with record keeping.
- Preventive maintenance
- Raw Material Ordering & Supplier Follow Ups.
- Forecast Track & monitoring stocks.
- Production Planning – Meeting Monthly demands.
- To get trained on Navigen system to maintain logs (Inward / Outward).
- Warehouse Management.
- Flexible to work between manufacturing Lines during coarse of time.
- Working knowledge of diverse Manual & Automatic Braking machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
- Having Knowledge of Basic Knowledge of Braking Manufacturing & flexible to work on multiple assembly lines on site as per future business requirements.
- Adherence to health and safety regulations
- Ability to read Machine Manuals Effectively / schematics.
- Understanding of production procedures
