- Planning and managing end-to-end project flow of work and timelines for multiple new wellness spa development projects
- Procurement & supply chain - Pre-opening of Tattva Wellness Spa centres Pan India -for different categories ranging from salon & spa equipment, furnitures, decor & linen, ensuring best vendor relations.
- Managing the flow of work for different third-party agencies/ vendors involved in the project for execution.
- Coordinating between suppliers and franchisee clients for the timely execution of the supply chain process along with fulfilled quality by vendors.
- Responsible for monitoring team hiring and training in pre-openings, traveling in India as per project locations.
- Responsible for developing / monitoring development with design agency for conceptualisation of layout design & interiors
- Coordination with the internal team for ensuring the right operational flow of the project.
- Believing in working with the right specifications, right brief, and right approach throughout the coordination process, ensuring negligible errors.
- Providing consulting to clients for an approach toward procurement and the right direction to technicalities of product orders.
- Ensuring the right dispatch process by vendors and keeping an easy process of coordination.
- Be abreast with the latest design trends & ESG practices for wellness industry in the world & propose new initiatives on design & best practices for the brand
- Manage vendors & supplier partners relations for ensuring continuous quality improvement & best sourcing for the brand.
