    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Rich Experience in Retail and Commercial credit card
    • Drive relationship with Bank and project management
    • Conduct Structured monthly product performance review with Bank for all NPCI products
    • Regular tracking of Operational issues
    • Closure of customer complaints and queries in coordination with Bank and internal Product/Ops teams within TATs to ensure customer delight.
    • Track the NPCI business numbers for account as well as the corresponding competition numbers
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and analytical skills
