Job Description :
Lead Salesforce implementations, providing both oversight and hands on contributions to the design, development, and integration
Represents the development team during the Salesforce backlog grooming and owns technical estimates
Supervise the configuration, development, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce developments, maintenance releases and fixes
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues as they arise during the lifecycle
Lead the development team members by providing technical oversight and ensuring solution quality is maintained
Build people capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain quality and velocity of the development.
- Provide guidance on user story writing style
Ensure documentation of the steps for testing
Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments
Support the product and owners and architect for the creation of prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting requirements
Identify any technical risks and implement mitigation plans
Ensure standard processes, procedures, recommended appropriate resolutions, and best practices are followed
Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function
- Excellent ability to coach, motivate, and direct tasks to a team of Salesforce professionals
Ability to demonstrate technical concepts visually and in writing
Strong ability to influence, relationship building and collaboration skills
Leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and deliver constructive feedback
Highly analytical, innovative problem-solving skills, and ability to provide alternate solutions
Highly organized, results-driven with attention to detail
Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage conflicting priorities
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical leading role for Salesforce projects
A minimum of 3 Salesforce certifications, including Administrator and Developer 1
Additional Salesforce certifications in the application path and the system path are a plus
Trailhead Ranger level and active in the Salesforce community is desirable
