Job Details:

• Experience: Minimum 5 yearof experience in Life Insurance
• CTC Bracket: upto 10 LPA
• Should be from Agency or Banca (stable workexp)
• EducationalQualification: AnyGraduate
• Location: BangaloreKarnataka
• Applicantmust be a localite
• Must a have a twowheeler

You will be responsiblefor:

• Drive Inputbehaviors with the assigned team of Advisors.
• Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team ofadvisors.
• Meeting the sales plan numbersconsistently
• Maintain and improve the SalesQuality Standards by maintaining the Persistencystandards.
• Training and Development of theteam of advisors for new product launches / revision in theexisting policies.
• Drive advisor attendance inTrainings .
• Work with other functions /departments and work towards solving roadblocks faced by team ofadvisors.
