Tobe considered for this role candidates must meet the followingqualifications: Aminimum of 1 3 years of proven US Bench sales experience in US ITstaffing with experience in marketing H1B/OPTconsultantsProficiency in US tax terms such as W2 Corp2Corp and1099 Comprehensiveknowledge of the US staffing business benchmark sales andrecruitmentprocesses Screeningof consultant resumes to assess profiles beforemarketing soleresponsibility for marketing US IT Bench Consultants (H1B USCitizen GC OPT and CPT) to vendors or directclients.
Provenability to build a network of vendor relations using socialnetworking platforms like LinkedIn and otherportals Effectivetime management and experience in taskprioritizationidentifying suitable requirements matching consultant profiles onvarious job portals submitting consultants and coordinatinginterviewschedules.
Strongcoldcalling skills rate negotiation expertise and persuasiveclosing abilitiesWe must maintain the submission database coordinate interviews andmanage joining formalities; we closely track and follow up withvendors.
