    Background & Skills


    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a ServiceNow developer role
    • Relevant ServiceNow certification, minimum Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Certified HR Service Delivery Implementer
    • Prior experience in software development, particularly with web technologies HTML, CSS, and RESTful web services for developing user interfaces and integrating ServiceNow with other systems
    • Proficiency in JavaScript that is customizing server-side and client-side scripts, business rules, UI scripts, and working with custom tables.
    • Experience in ServiceNow development tools like Flow Designer, AppEngine Studio, and UI Builder
    • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, data model, and development best practices
    • Knowledge of ITIL and agile practices like Scrum or SAFe; certification preferredThe ideal candidate has curious mind, a passion for self-learning, and a commitment to staying updated on the latest developments and industry trends, including AI.
