    To support this growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who can partner with business leaders to bring the best talent into our team.

    Role Overview

    The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, from understanding business needs, creating JDs, sourcing talent, and screening candidates to driving interviews and onboarding. This role is critical to ensure Creditsin builds a high-performance team across tech, business, and operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs across departments (Tech, Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations).
    • Draft and publish compelling job descriptions on job boards, LinkedIn, and relevant platforms.
    • Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Internshala, AngelList, referrals, communities) to attract top talent.
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates.
    • Coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds with hiring managers.
    • Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
    • Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness).
    • Build a strong employer brand by promoting Creditsin's culture and mission.
    • Create and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
    Qualifications & Skills
    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2–5 years of proven recruitment experience, ideally in startups, fintech, or high-growth companies.
    • Strong sourcing expertise on LinkedIn and social hiring channels.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously under tight deadlines.
    • Passion for building teams and working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
