Agile Coach and Scrum Master

The Agile Coach and Scrum Master plays a pivotal role in guiding multiple Agile teams within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This position involves facilitating SAFe ceremonies, removing impediments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

About the Job:

• Ensure that all development activities are aligned with business objectives through coaching Agile teams on principles such as iterative delivery, continuous integration/delivery/deployment.
• Foster an environment of transparency by organizing daily stand-ups to ensure open communication among team members;
• Establish clear priorities for each sprint ensuring alignment towards strategic goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing best practices along every stage which must always produce valuable end product as per customer requirement giving emphasis only on backlogs management via various different techniques including prioritization.
