    As an organization driven by data-backed decisions, our Analytics and Data Science team is dedicated to transforming data into strategic opportunities, enabling us to maintain our leadership in the EV ecosystem.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Cross-Functional Team Coordination:

    • Act as a liaison between different departments (logistics, customer service, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient execution of operations.
    • Organize regular meetings, track deliverables, and follow up on action items to ensure alignment between teams.
    • Provide timely updates and status reports to senior management.

    Insurance Claims & Settlements:

    • Manage and process insurance claims for damaged or lost assets, ensuring that all claims are submitted correctly and promptly.
    • Work with internal teams and external insurance partners to track the progress of claims and settlements.
    • Maintain detailed documentation of claims, including relevant correspondence, invoices, and settlement reports.

    Lost Asset Management:

    • Oversee the tracking of lost or misplaced assets across the organization, coordinating efforts to locate or resolve issues related to lost inventory.
    • Implement procedures to minimize the risk of asset loss and improve recovery processes.
    • Analyze patterns of asset loss to recommend preventive measures and improvements.

    Strategy & Planning Support:

    • Collaborate with the leadership team to support longterm strategic planning and operational goals.
    • Help define operational KPIs and metrics, track performance, and provide insights into operational efficiency.
    • Assist in the development of operational processes and systems to ensure scalable and sustainable growth.

    Data Management & Reporting (Excel & Google Sheets):

    • Maintain and analyze operational data using Excel and Google Sheets, creating reports and dashboards for management.
    • Identify trends, provide actionable insights, and make recommendations based on data.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.

    Process Optimization:

    • Continuously evaluate operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Work with crossfunctional teams to implement changes and streamline workflows.
    • Support the execution of process improvement projects that drive efficiency and reduce costs.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Education:
    • Graduate degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Experience:
    • 3-4 years of relevant work experience in operations or a similar field, with a strong background in strategy and planning.
    • Experience in crossfunctional coordination and project management.
    • Skills & Competencies:
    • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting).
    • Strong problemsolving skills and a solutionsoriented mindset.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information (e.g., insurance claims, asset data) with confidentiality and discretion.
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
