    Job Description:
    We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) to join our innovative team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and enhancing solutions on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components framework.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, with a specific focus on Lightning Web Components.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business requirements and project objectives.

    Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs, translating them into technical solutions using LWC and other Salesforce technologies.

    Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
    Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom UI/UX enhancements, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
    Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
    Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
    Create and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
    Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and LWC developments, recommending best practices and innovative solutions to optimize the platform.
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users, providing efficient and effective resolutions.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications.

    Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC).Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.

    Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development languages.
    Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
    Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
    Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.


    Preferred Skills:
    Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications.
    Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Salesforce Mobile development.
    Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
    Previous experience with Salesforce Communities and Salesforce Mobile SDK.
