- Bachelor's degree or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the financial services industry or in financial products like home loan, LAP etc. with a focus on MSME financing.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building successful business relationships.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, channel partner management, and financial products/services, particularly related to MSMEs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels effectively.
