    Job Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Pacific Hospitality. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in restaurant management.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
    • Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
    • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth
    • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Provide leadership and support to the restaurant staff
