    Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Analytics Solutions
    Responsibilities


    • Work with clients on problems statements and create solutions that impact business outcomes backed with strong category / process knowledge
    • Work with internal teams, to reach right buyers in the client ecosystem, to share point of views that can get the client to engage with Genpact for a business proposal
    • Work with internal and external stakeholders to create / identify off the shelf solutions that can be used as accelerators across multiple accounts.
    • Support the build of these solutions and provide direction to development teams on the product.
    • Create offerings suites across sales, marketing, supply chain etc., and communicate them across the ecosystem
    • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Genpact offerings, their features and how they align with Client requirements.
    • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
    • Work with internal teams as an advisor on proposals
    • Support on RFP / RFI process and work with teams to create materials required for proposals
    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum qualifications


    • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field with relevant work experience
    Preferred qualifications


    • Has had previous experience working in the CPG industry in business roles (Marketing / Commercial / Sales etc.,) in companies like Nestle, Unilever, P&G, Mars, Mondelez, Pepsico, Haleon etc.,
    • Has depth of understanding of categories you have worked in
    • Demonstrated experience using MS Office tools especially Excel and Power Point
    • Good understanding of AI, Cloud and visualization landscape
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
    • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively to solve business challenges
