To generate leads from different social media platforms in case of outbound calling. OR Collect the leads from different campaigns in case of inbound calling.
Coordinate with the customer to explain about our products and services.
Organize the online demonstrations of the company products for the clients.
Scheduling meeting with the clients.
Follow-up with the clients through E-mail or telephonic about the new requirement or the expansion for the projects or the status update.
Taking the responsibilities from the introduction to till closure.
Utilizing the knowledge in CRM system.
Work on B2B campaigns in every sector.
Converts inquiries into sales by answering Outbound/Inbound telephone calls.
