- Coordinate with concerned production supervisors to have maximum and desired capacity production of required quality in shift.
- Perform calibration of instruments as per ISO calendar, preventive/predictive maintenance work of MD & DMH plant as per schedule.
- To ensure the maintenance jobs are safely undertaken in line with work permit system.
- Act as Quality Coordinator. Handle all audits related to Quality.
- Ensure all dept. personnel follow safety precautions.
- Daily checking and reporting of manpower (company / contract).
- Maintain and update the logbook and equipment record sheets in CMMS.
- Reporting of job done, status of pending jobs, break down if any and spare used in shift to area in charge, Asst. Manager and HOD.
- Maintaining the regularspare in work shop.
- Raise the indents for spare procurement especially spare drawn from store.
- Allotment of jobs to technician / fitters.
- Maintaining 5S of allocated area. To upkeep the premises clean and safe.
- Identifying critical equipment /systems of allotted area and prepare complete document necessary for day to day shift operation.
- Maintaining the history cards for the critical equipment /systems.
- Verification of the expenditure bills / job done.
- In listing the repeated/critical problem of allotted area and fix a brain storming session after discussion with area in charge/Asst. Manager.
- Authorized to draw material from stores as per define cost limit.
- To approve the work permit.
- Allotment of shift duties to technician
- Accountable for Shift downtime.
- Ensure Shift emergency spare readily available in dept.
- Follow the work permit system and ensure to perform all the job safely.
- Preparing document of any change made in process lines e.g. new installation, modification of lines etc. for effective FSMS
- Sound Knowledge of Process field instrument maintenance. Knowledge of Safety procedures.
