    Client is an ed-tech platform for engineering students of India, fostering career exploration, skills development, and industry-university integration. It envisions bridging the skill gap among students, industries, and educational institutions.

    Responsibilities


    Strategic Outreach & Sales :

    • Develop and execute targeted sale strategies to generate and convert leads into customers for the application.
    • Create and execute strategies for customer retention.
    • Engage, and cultivate relationships with industry and university customers to create longterm associations with the application

    Design and Execute Marketing Initiatives :

    • Devise marketing campaigns and initiatives that effectively communicate client's value proposition to target audiences, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.

    Reporting and Communication :

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales outcomes, marketing initiatives, and pilot launches, regularly evaluating performance against set metrics.
    • Prepare a comprehensive report summarizing progress, successes, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights for strategic decisionmaking.
    • Coordinate and communicate with Product Lead, to provide insights about
    • University and company customer requirements.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, specialization in Sales. 5 years + of proven experience in sales and marketing
    • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
    • Excellent d communication, negotiation and presentation skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
