    Minimum Qualifications:


    Experience writing APIs in C#Experience developing SPA application using React.jsExperience using Microsoft SQL Server (or another relational database)Ability to do basic CRUD (Create Read Update Delete) operations using Entity FrameworkExperience writing and maintaining automated unit tests as a part of a build processUnderstands and uses SOLID principalsUnderstands secure programming practices with a basic understanding of the OWASP top 10Understands how to build software in an agile environmentUnderstands HTML and CSSUnderstands TypeScriptCritical Thinking & Personality SkillsGiven a business or end user need, be able to suggest a code implementation to solve it which could include designing database tables.

    Be able to articulate advantages and disadvantages of implementationsBe able to bring up questions & concerns in a respectful manner, willing to follow procedures even if they seem administratively heavyOpen to learning new things

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in developing Restful APIsExperience using Material UIExperience using Azure, YAML Pipeline deployment, azure service busExperience creating function apps and/or event-driven programmingExperience with XUnit & JestWhen given a wire frame for different views (i.e.

    desktop and mobile), create responsive front-end implementationsExperience writing accessible front-end code (WCAG Standards AA)Experience using a mocking framework for isolated unit testingIntermediate database design skillsExperience building cloud-based web applications.
