    • Firstshould have at least a 2 year of experience in Fieldsales.
    • Ageshould range from 24 to 38 yearsold.
    • Owntransportation isnecessary.
    • Shouldremain in the same city for at least fouryears.
    • Asthis is fieldwork rather than office work you should be prepared toworkoutside.
    • Andfinally be prepared to build your ownnetwork.

    Rolesandresponsibilities:

    • Agencymanagers primary responsibilities include hiring business partnersand qualityadvisors.
    • Observingthe sales objectives and attainingthem
    • Achievingsalesgoals
    • Inthe Agency Channel the Agency will be in charge of managing anonroll team of 8 10 salesmanagers.
    • Accompanysales representatives on client visits to support and enhance theirabilities
    • Thesales manager team is in charge of assembling the team (lifeinsurance advisors) from within their own personal and professionalnetworks.
