Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Chennai
Responsibilities:
You'll engage with leads focusing particularly on customers in the US.
Conduct research to identify potential target markets aligned with our service offerings and market needs, compiling actionable prospect lists while leveraging existing networks.
Initiate lead generation and outbound prospecting activities directly targeting potential clients.
Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and provide clarity on our offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development USA IT sale
Willing to work in night shifts.
Strong communication with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the industry and market dynamics relevant to the company's services.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
