    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Hiring Specialist to join our team at 2coms. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand job specifications, responsibilities, and required qualifications.

    About the Role

    • Developing detailed job descriptions and specifications to attract high-quality candidates;
    • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, career fairs, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies;
    • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs;

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Reviewing resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet job requirements;
    2. Conducting initial screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, work experience, and cultural fit;
    3. Coordinating and conducting interviews (either alone or alongside hiring managers) to evaluate candidates;
    4. Using behavioral and competency-based interview techniques to assess soft skills and job-related capabilities;
    5. Scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and the company;
    6. Ensuring that all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and legal guidelines;
    7. Working with hiring managers to extend job offers, including salary negotiations, benefits, and start dates;
    8. Assisting with the onboarding process by coordinating pre-employment checks, paperwork, and induction programs for new hires;

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment;
    • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
    • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools;
