    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Assured & Protective India Pvt. Ltd. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in accounts management. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, managing financial accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The job is located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India and is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the manufacturing industry
    • Solid knowledge of accounting software (preferably Busy and Tally ERP)
    • Proficient in financial accounting principles and practices
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
    • Sound understanding of balance sheets, ledgers, and cost accounting
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and develop relationships with assigned key accounts
    • Understand client needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and progress
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
    • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and objectives
    • Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth
    • Assist with financial activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account information
    • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
