Job Description :

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Package Consultant - Workday Talent & Performance to join our team.

Candidate must be passionate about Workday HCM& Talent & Performance Module and have a track record of delivering successful Implementation/Support and Enhancement Requests.

Must be certified in Workday HCM and Workday Talent & Performance Candidate should have a minimum 2 years of Workday Implementation and/or Support Experience Hands-on experience of configuring the Workday HCM, Talent & Performance, Security and Reporting experience is REQUIRED.

Proven work experience on Implementation, Global Rollouts and Enhancement Requests Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot complex Workday HCM & Talent & Performance issues.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful delivery of Workday HCM & Talent & Performance solutions. In-depth knowledge of Workday security framework and Business processes Configuration.

Loading employees related data using EIBs, Inbound and Outbound EIB Creation Hands-on experience on custom report creations Good to have hands-on experience on Absence & Leave Module AnalyseWorkday release updates, impacts of feature changes in relation to existing configuration.

Ability to work independently and make decisions.

Excellent English Verbal, Written Communication Skills, and Presentation Skills Note:
