You'll be able to strike a fine balance between the sales and technical content, while bringing our product benefits and features front and center. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for all marketing lead generation/management, Seminars, Trade shows, webinars and communications, product documentation and technical presentation content. As a Marketing specialist you'll use your analytical expertise to create data-driven resources and be part of a team whose mission is to delight our customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Create, produce and organize marketing plan and executing lead generation activities using marketing promotions, seminars, webinars and trade shows to reach or exceed AOP(Annual Target).
    • Measure and analyze marketing campaign ROI.
    • Manage and oversee all technical marketing material and present the benefits of TA Instruments products clearly to our scientific customers with a balance of technical and sales/marketing materials.
    • Produce and manage our calendar of monthly webinars, researching appropriate customer speakers and applications, preparing abstracts and slides, as well as presenting relevant content when needed.
    • Maintain the application note and white paper database, identifying topics and applications for new materials and preparing and creating these articles.
    • Identify and curate topics on which application material should be collected, collaborating with other departments and colleagues to obtain material and create data files.
    • Prepare and present application material in a variety of venues, such as IIT s and Reputed academic institutes in India training course for new customers, virtual and in-person user meetings and workshops, industry conferences as well as trade shows.
    • Strong communication (call/email) with customers and field sales teams
    • To co-ordinate internally with all the field sales team and managers to ensure that all proposed marketing programs are conducted with success.
    • Manage customer data in CRM including updating activities with the appropriate dates, instruments, and data links.
      Qualifications
      • Bachelor or Master degree in Polymer Chemistry or Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science Analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or related field.
      • Proven professional marketing communications and experience, minimum of 4 years experience.
      • Good communication skills, both written and verbal with a strong attention to detail
      • Good negotiating and interpersonal skills
      • Excellent analytical, organisational and project management skills
      • Self-motivated, confident with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines at once across cross functional teams.
      • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint software programmes
      • Ability to travel locally approximately 10% of the time (with own transportation) and work flexible hours as needed - including occasional evenings/weekends.
      • Must be a team player & Will to travel Extensively.
      • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a scientific analytical instrumentation audience, including prospective customers and current instrument users.
      • Flexible, positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
      • Strong self-motivation with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks on multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
      • Experience with Polymer, Material science, protein expression, analytical characterization of proteins, and higher order structure techniques is highly desired.
      • Experience with Thermal, Rheology & Microcalorimetry instruments and applications is highly preferred.
