We are seeking a highly conceptual and visually driven Art Director / Sr. Art Director to join our Advertising Agency. This role is pivotal in bringing creative ideas to life through compelling visual designs, maintaining brand aesthetics, and ensuring all marketing materials are highly engaging. You will be responsible for the entire visual journey of campaigns, from cracking initial concepts to executing final artwork across various media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Ideation: Spearhead the development of innovative and impactful visual ideas for advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and resonate with target audiences.
• Visual Brand Management: Create and meticulously maintain the distinct visual look and feel for assigned accounts and brands, ensuring consistency and strong brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Visual Engagement: Guarantee that all of the client's marketing materials are visually engaging, captivating, and effective in conveying the intended message.
• Artwork Execution: Take ownership of the complete execution of final artwork, ensuring high quality and readiness for production across multiple media platforms.

Required Skills:

• Creative Translation: Strong ability to translate creative briefs into impactful and visually compelling designs.
• Deadline Management: Proven competency in meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Software Proficiency: Mandatory knowledge and hands-on proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint, along with other relevant design programs.
• Project Management: Ability to manage a project comprehensively from the initial concept phase through to final production, across various media channels.
• Team Collaboration: Commitment to being a dedicated and collaborative team player, contributing positively to the creative environment.
• Interpersonal Communication: Good interpersonal communication skills, essential for effectively pitching ideas or explaining campaign concepts to clients and internal teams.
