    Aboutthe role

    Mission: To support Green Hydrogen sales team in India bydeveloping project specific value propositions and assisting with technicalexpertise. Process starts from pre-acquisition activities to handover toproject execution team. Scope includes all technical aspects of proposedequipment / solutions and development of costs. Role covers IPP, industrialapplications, Oil & Gas (Green Hydrogen / PtX) projects as applicable.Assist Sales Managers in customer meetings as required with technical expertiseof the Siemens Energy electrolyzer product capabilities and features.

    What are my Responsibilities:

  • Conceptual solution development, including project screening, to develop unique selling propositions for all Green Hydrogen / PtX opportunities the business proposes (in consultation with Sales Managers as required)
  • Prepare technical documentation and comply with internal process for each firm offer/contract, including drafting of technical comments to client specs and gaining Product Manager approval.
  • Responsible for technical clarification with customer and the technical customer documentation, provide support and guidance to the team for system & equipment design, development of data sheets, P&IDs and I&C specifications during FEED
  • Support Sales Managers in negotiation and technical presentation of the proposed solution to the customers.
  • Prepare & present technical papers on product developments and applications to targeted conferences throughout the region.
  • Technical and cost responsibility of proposed equipment.
  • What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • A Bachelor's / master's degree in electrical, chemical engineering
  • 8-10 Years experience in proposals capable of managing large value complex EPC / LSTK proposals in the field of Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbons, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Fertilizers, Green Hydrogen / PtX projects etc.
  • Knowledge of codes & standards in Oil & Gas industry is a must.
  • Through knowledge of the complete project value chain from prefeasibility till FEED.
  • Candidate should have hands on experience of handling Private sector / PSU bids and will be responsible for timely completion of Proposal documentation.
  • Position calls for coordination with external Clients, Regulatory bodies, PMC and internal disciplines like Business Development, Contracts, Risk, Procurement and requires commitment to manage tough Bid deadlines.
