    PhonePe India's leading digital payments platform is looking to hire a Senior Executive CRM Ops. The candidate will be responsible for executing & managing CRM campaigns across push, email, and SMS channels, focusing on driving conversion and consumer retention.

    JOB DUTIES

    • Coordinate with category teams and build CRM plan intended to drive growth via in-app channels
    • Execution rigor, end-to-end campaign management
    • Attention to detail, spot discrepancies if any during campaign execution
    • Periodically monitor and report campaign effectiveness
    • Cross-functional collaboration, including working with internal stakeholders
    • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1+ years of marketing experience
    • Should be comfortable building and analyzing monthly performance reports
    • Experience with CRM tools will be a plus.
    • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
