    1. Heshould have knowledge and proficiency in reviewing day to dayfunctioning of the GST department to comply with all lawrequirements.
    2. Shouldbe conversant with formalities/ law requirements for sending thegoods underexport.
    3. Toverify and approve various statutory return (monthly quarterly andyearly returns) data and details to file GSTR1 GSTR2 GSTR3 GSTR4GSTR9 GSTR9Cetc.
    4. Closelycoordinate/ discuss with the legal counsel for different law pointsi.e. interpretation of the new law amendments judicialpronouncements etc. to take the benefit of thesame.
    5. Shouldhave experience handling GST department audit internal andstatutory audits for GST relatedinformation.
    6. Shouldhave experience of making submissions for various representationslike query reply from GST department Commissioner appeals CESTATappealsetc.
    7. Tomake monthly quarterly and annual reconciliation of GST data withfinancialrecords
    8. Shouldhave experience of complying with various formalities of sendinggoods for jobwork direct delivery of goods to jobworker placerequirements for registered additional places of businessetc.
    9. Shouldbe conversant with all recent amendments on reverse chargemechanism various changes in rates and concessions given by GSTlaw.
    10. Shouldhave experience of compiling various data information required forstatutory audits i.e. contingent liabilities pending legal casesstatus pending company claimsetc.
