The Procurement Manager is responsible for planning executing controlling all procurement lab equipment tools consumables services required Samarth Bharat training programs ensuring training labs fully equipped operational before batch start inventory accurately maintained replenished procurement transparent competitive policy compliant assets stocks audit ready all times no training activity stops due equipment material shortages.- Procurement Planning Execution Prepare annual quarterly procurement plans based training targets center expansion consolidate lab material requirements program teams prepare Procurement Notes PN justification need detailed specifications estimated cost proposed vendor list contract type conflict interest declaration coordinate PN approvals Budget Holders Admin HR Manager ensure minimum three vendor quotations every procurement prepare comparative statements vendor evaluation notes recommend final vendor selection approval issue Purchase Orders after approvals coordinate delivery schedules vendors centers ensure donor funding agency procurement compliance where applicable.
