We are looking for an experienced Business & Process Analyst with expertise in both business analysis and technical knowledge, specifically in BSS/OSS systems and solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing effective solutions to boost productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes related to BSS/OSS systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and grasp business needs.
• Identify areas for process improvement and devise strategies to streamline workflows.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.

• Process Management:
• Design and execute process enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Create and update process documentation, including SOPs and workflow diagrams.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate process effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.

• Technical Expertise:
• Utilize technical knowledge and certifications to work proficiently with BSS/OSS systems and solutions.
• Offer technical insights and recommendations to support process enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement technical solutions and integrations.

• BSS/OSS Systems and Solutions:
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of BSS/OSS systems, including Service Activation, Network Discovery & Reconciliation, Inventory, and Service Assurance.
• Evaluate current systems and suggest improvements or replacements to align with business goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in BSS/OSS technology.

• Communication and Collaboration:
• Engage closely with cross-functional teams, such as business stakeholders, IT professionals, and vendors, to ensure project success.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable plans.
• Lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cisco, CompTIA) are a plus.
• Previous experience in business analysis and process management, preferably in the telecommunications or IT sector.
• Thorough understanding of BSS/OSS systems and solutions, focusing on Service Activation, Network Discovery & Reconciliation, Inventory, and Service Assurance.
• Proficiency in documenting business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven history of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
