• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar managerial role within a premium clothing retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
• Ensure the showroom maintains a pristine and inviting environment, including visual merchandising and cleanliness.
• Driving sales and maintaining customer in- store experience with high standards will be a key part of the job.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure staff is well-informed about the latest fashion trends and product offerings.
• Create and execute visual merchandising displays to showcase products in an appealing and organized manner.
• Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. ( High ticket cu, offer tea/ coffee)
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
