Director of PMO - Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP

Location: Bangalore, India

Position Overview: As the Director of PMO for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP within our Bangalore office, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the successful delivery of ERP projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and maintaining exceptional standards of quality and client satisfaction. This role necessitates a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, adeptness in project management methodologies, and strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a global team and collaborate across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with senior management to align project delivery objectives with the company's strategic goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize project delivery processes, foster efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction.

Project Oversight:

• Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and project teams, overseeing the entire project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to timelines and delivery milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly, employing effective risk management strategies.

Client Management:

• Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring clear communication, alignment of project deliverables, and exceeding client expectations.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and provide value-added services.

Team Leadership:

• Cultivate and lead a high-performing team of project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand requirements, expectations, and feedback.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices for project delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain and improve project quality.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and innovation to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and elevate project outcomes.
• Foster a culture of learning and development, encouraging continuous growth and skill enhancement within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in project management, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale ERP projects within budget and timelines.
• Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in inspiring and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Thorough knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
