    Description

    Beebom is a new media publishing company helping people to understand and use their technology in a better way. Currently, we serve over 100 million monthly impressions across our social profiles and websites. We're building an in-house product and, to accomplish that, we're hiring a tech team from scratch.

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Stack Tech Lead with expertise in to join our team. As the Full-Stack Tech Lead, you will lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge web applications. You will play a pivotal role in driving technical decisions, architecture, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for mentoring team members.

    Requirements
    • At least 4 years of professional experience in full-stack development, ( strongly emphasizing )
    • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies
    • Experience with modern front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or
    • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development
    • Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
    • Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
    • Proven track record of successfully leading development teams and delivering high-quality software solutions on time

    • Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying web applications using and
    • Architect scalable, efficient, and maintainable full-stack solutions that meet our business requirements
    • Collaborate with product managers, SEO team, and other team members to understand project requirements, priorities, and deadlines
    • Taking technical decisions and driving the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and methodologies within the team
    • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and promote best practices across the team
    • Identify and address technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities in the system
    • Lead the team in adopting, implementing and maintaining robust Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes
    • Stay updated with new technology trends, and industry best practices to drive innovation and enhance product offerings
