- Previous experience in an USA outbound Inside Sales.
- Understanding of IT Service and Operations Management is a plus.
- Ability to understand products landscape for starting initial dialog with the customer
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, LinkedIn navigator and other Social media to generate leads
- Be innovative in tapping other resources for lead generation
- Researching relevant databases such as ZoomInfo to extract right customer
- information such as products, executives etc.
- Guide marketing interns for generating customer databases
- Arrange customer meetings with Sales Manager/Pre-sales consultants
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales qualified leads targets.
