    Job Brief

    Moris Media is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Influencer Marketing Manager to elevate the moCal brand. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while shaping cutting-edge influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility, engagement, and success on social media. You'll have the autonomy to develop and execute innovative strategies, build strong influencer relationships, and analyze campaign performance to deliver exceptional results.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that seamlessly align with moCal's brand objectives and overall marketing goals.
    • Influencer Identification & Outreach: Proactively research, identify, and build relationships with influencers whose audience and values resonate with moCal's target market.
    • Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage strong influencer collaborations, including contract negotiations, content guidance, and ongoing communication.
    • Campaign Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they deliver on established KPIs in a remote-work environment.
    • Performance Analysis: Track campaign metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions), analyze data, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with remote teams in social media, creative, PR, and other relevant departments to develop integrated and impactful campaigns.
    • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest influencer marketing trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to drive innovation.
    • Budget Management: Effectively manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation within a remote setting.

    Requirements

    • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of success in a remote or hybrid work environment.
    • Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and best practices for influencer engagement.
    • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop data-driven influencer marketing strategies that align with moCal's brand positioning and target audience.
    • Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective influencer outreach, negotiation, and relationship building in a remote setting.
    • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools to measure campaign performance and extract meaningful insights for optimization.
    • Creativity & Project Management: A creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive independently in a remote environment.
    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
