- Conduct Plan and execute marketing strategies for healthcare products across ICU, Wound Care, Acute and IP segments.
- Support and execute product launches and pilot programs in coordination with sales, clinical, and regulatory teams to ensure successful market adoption.
- Lead the development of compelling, evidence-driven clinical marketing collateral—including brochures, presentations, case studies, and training resources—to articulate product value, strengthen positioning, and accelerate market adoption
- Ensure marketing materials are thoughtfully developed in alignment with relevant regulatory requirements and clinical guidelines.
- Drive end-to-end marketing initiatives by conducting market research, gathering Voice of Customer (VOC) insights, analyzing competitors, and developing strong product positioning, while also enabling sales teams, supporting distributors, and executing effective go-to-market strategies to accelerate product adoption.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in wound care, critical care, or infection prevention product lines.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering, medicine, business, or marketing.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving marketing landscape.
- Excellent organizational and data management skills.
- Strong written communication skills for crafting professional and engaging content.
