    Job Title: Manager – Marcom and Business Development

    Role Overview: The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance Ratnaafin Capital's brand visibility and Nurture/build partnerships to drive business growth. This role requires a individuals with passion to excel and create a impact for brand so need to have a blend strategic thinking, and strong relationship-building skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to increase Ratnaafin Capital's brand awareness and equity in the market.
    2. Partnership Development: Collaborate and Identify to establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, associations, and organizations to drive business growth and expand market reach.
    3. Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners to drive collaboration and mutual success.
    4. Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
    5. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize brand positioning.
    6. Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand and partnership initiatives, leveraging data and metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.

    Qualifications:

    • MBA preferred however relevant experience personnel can apply
    • Passion for driving Ratnaafin brand visibility and fostering strategic partnerships ,Min 4-5 years of experience in brand management, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the financial services or related industry.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and partnership initiatives.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
