Key\ Responsibilities:
- Making quotations and\ sharing the same on mail to customers.
- Entering the orders\ received in Jewellery Software.
- Good\ understanding of costing and pricing in Jewellery.
- Coordinate with the\ production team for orders.
- Making sure the orders are\ dispatched on time.
- Customer coordination.
- Good understanding of shipment building and shipment release.
Foster a\ collaborative and innovative team\ culture.
Requirements
HSC+ , Graduate is preferred
- 10+ Years of experience in jewellery industry
- Good Experience of\ EMR is must
- Experience in Export Market
- Good communication skills - English and Hindi
- Good Grip in Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A bility to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.**
