• Responsible for handling/ servicing existing agents/POS andrecruitment of new POS2. Responsible forgrowth in POS business3. Training motivatingand visits to POS4. Designing new schemes/campaign for POS to achieve targets.5.Renewal Retention Mail/ call/ meet POS for new business andrenewals6. Joint client visits with POS forbusiness calls and closures.7. Coordinatingwith insurance company for negotiating/acceptance/pendingpolicies/endorsement/ refund/ quotes etc(hence through knowledge in GMC FireWCMarine etc)8.Resolving POS queries on product/ process/claims9. Coordinating with POS for business/quotes of all types of policies10. ITenablers/Online push/support11.Presentations at Corporate Customers for Retail sale/productscaptive & POS12. Thoroughknowledge of all the products ofinsurance13. Minimum 7 to 8 yrs ofexperience in general insurance industry14.Good communication and writingskills.
