    Testing
    The Testing IT job evaluates equipment and processes to improve the safety, reliability, and maintainability of products and systems. While closely supervised, this job tests the performance of various systems, applications and databases and works under close supervision to support quality assurance and management staff processes.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Maintains test cases, scenarios and scripts to ensure the quality of information systems, applications and databases delivered.
  • Schedules, organizes and participates in internal and external audits, and follows up with a timely response on corrective action.
  • Analyzes and presents the results of testing sessions, and troubleshoots technical problems and issues.
  • Compiles testing tools and processes for use in projects, and participates in the selection of testing approaches.
  • Reviews the design and development of usability testing programs, cases, scenarios and processes to ensure that all functions are thoroughly tested.
  • Communicates information on standards, procedures, requirements and quality initiatives.

    SUMMARY

    Responsible for functional manual testing of CRM Applications like Salesforce CRM including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud along with Automation Testing using Selenium / Copado and catering to Financial Services such as retirement, payment, wealth solutions.

    BUSINESS OR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

    Candidate with 2 to 9 years of Salesforce CRM Testing experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud along with Automation Testing using Selenium or Copado
