What will you work on

• Apart frombeing with an amazing team who ve previously worked at GoogleSharechat Swiggy Unacademy and IBM. You d get to work on thefollowing things :
• Youll be responsible forthe entire development lifecycle of a feature from Designing thefrontend architecture UI developmentDeployment.
• Take part in sprint planning andship deliverables on time.
• Be the owner of yourproblem statement. When you start working on a problem do it as ifits your little startup.
• You ll be responsiblefor efforts in developing our UI libraries and developing beautifulUX.
• Building a fluid generic UI is an art andwe love artists who can do that whilst not compromising even on asingle frame being wasted whilerendering.

• You do whatyou re told and do not have your ideas. We are a small team we dont do handholding and expect everyone to contribute at the samelevel. Together we must be able to brainstorm and ideate when wehave conversations about the product features customers and theirneeds.
• You want a super great worklife balance(95 job completely chill empty weekends) because when we have largereleases we work late at night and on weekends. You re likely earlyin your career and this also might be your first job. If you re toocomfortable in your ways already we ll probably have a hard timeworkingtogether.

How would your day look like

• Mostlyeveryone starts working around 11 ish. Everyone needs to beavailable during the common working hours 11 to8.
• We have one planning call every week anddecide what everyone will work on for that sprint. So you ll haveyour planned tickets to work on.
• In thisplanning call we ll decide how to prioritise features break downthe features as much as possible and then choose how to build thefeature.
• We have a super highpriority channelfor live customers facing tech issues. You ll get pinged if any ofyour features get bug reports.
• Once you havecompleted your ticket you ll thoroughly test it and forward it forreview. Incorporate any feedback you get and get it reviewed again.Then you release yourfeature.
