This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Kamal Medtech in New Delhi. The Caller will be responsible for making callouts to customers, offering them Kamal's products and services, and responding to their queries. The Caller will also be responsible for data entry and report generation.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Customer service and telemarketing skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in the use of computer software including Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Experience in a call center or telemarketing role is preferred but not mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree is a plus
