- Ensure compliance with directives and corporate/project procedures.
- Expedite proactively fabrication and deliveries of suppliers.
- Internal expediting and close coordination with other departments and project.
- Provision of related reports and status to project and client.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in expediting for significant international projects in the refinery, petrochemical, gas and/or energy sectors Desirable
- Exposure to petrochemical sector and modularized project would be an advantage, as well as familiar with industrial plant equipment and materials and with supplier contacts in related sectors.
- Exposure to expediting in international supply market and significant international experience and knowledge of working with suppliers and clients.
- Experienced in internal expediting
- Exposure to material and equipment manufacturing processes.
- Experience in Shop Expediting.
- Experienced and effective team member.
- Technical/commercial background and training in Psychology or Behavioral Studies will be positively evaluated.
- Communication and negotiating skills with the ability to influence the achievement of positive results
- Excellent level of English, both spoken and written
- Working knowledge of other languages, particularly Spanish, would be an advantage
