Job Title: SAP PSConsultant

Overview:

TheSAP PS (Project System) Consultant plays a crucial role in theimplementation configuration and maintenance of SAP Project Systemmodule. They are responsible for understanding businessrequirements translating them into technical specifications andimplementing solutions to meet project management needs within theSAP ERP system. This role is essential in ensuring efficientproject planning execution and tracking thereby contributing to theoverall success of the organizations projectdeliveries.

KeyResponsibilities:

Collaborate withstakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements forproject management processes.
Configure andcustomize SAP PS module to align with projectspecificneeds.
Provide expertise in project planningbudgeting resource management and scheduling within SAPPS.
Lead and coordinate SAP PS implementationprojects ensuring timely delivery and successfulexecution.
Conduct workshops training sessionsand knowledge transfer to end users and projectteams.
Support ongoing maintenance enhancementsand upgrades of the SAP PS module.
Develop andmaintain project documentation including functional specificationsand test plans.
Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to integrate SAP PS with other modules andexternal systems.
Perform troubleshooting issueresolution and support for SAP PSrelatedproblems.
Stay updated with SAP PS bestpractices trends and new technologies to provide innovativesolutions.

RequiredQualifications:

Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Systems Business Administration orrelated field.
5 years of experience in SAPProject System implementation configuration andsupport.
Proficiency in SAP ERP projectmanagement tools and functionalities.
Strongunderstanding of project management principles methodologies andbest practices.
Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills with the ability to translate businessrequirements into technicalsolutions.
Certification in SAP PS or relevantSAP modules is preferred.
Experience in leadingand managing project teams with strong leadership and communicationskills.
Ability to collaborate effectively withstakeholders users and technicalteams.
Knowledge of integration between SAP PSand other SAP modules such as FICO MM andSD.
Experience in business process analysismapping and optimization.
Proficient in endusertraining documentation and supportactivities.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize and managemultiple tasks.
Understanding of SAP Fiori SAPHANA and cloudbased solutions is aplus.
Ability to work effectively in afastpaced dynamic environment with a customerorientedmindset.
