    Purpose:We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Lead to join ourluxury stay company and play a pivotal role in shaping our brandidentity and visual communication strategies. As the Creative Leadyou will be responsible for developing and executing creativeconcepts that align with our brand philosophy and effectivelyconvey our unique story to our discerning audience. Your role willencompass a range of creative disciplines including Brand Identityand Design Visual Communication Storytelling Brand PhilosophyManaging Brand Assets and Collaterals Marketing Communications andGraphic Design.


    KeyResponsibilities:

    1.

    Brand Identity andDesign:
    Deeply understand and embody the brandsphilosophy and values infusing them into all creativeoutputs.
    Align creative strategies with the brandscore principles to reinforce a cohesive brandidentity.
    Define and evolve the companys visualidentity ensuring consistency across alltouchpoints.
    Conceptualize and design brand assetsincluding logos typography color palettes andimagery.2.


    VisualCommunication &Storytelling:
    Develop visually compelling materials forboth online and offline channels maintaining a luxuryaesthetic.
    Create captivating presentations graphicsand multimedia content to convey brand messageseffectively.
    Ensure that visual elements align withcampaign objectives and resonate with the luxurymarket.
    Craft compelling narratives thatencapsulate the essence of our brand weaving stories that resonatewith our targetaudience.
    Collaborate with crossfunctional teams toensure consistent storytelling across variousplatforms.3.


    Marketing Communication &Campaigns:
    Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop creative concepts for campaigns and promotionalmaterials.
    Lead the design process for variousprojects including print materials digital graphics and socialmedia visuals.
    Strategic and timely edits of campaignassets for desiredoutcomes.4.


    Managing Brand Assets andCollaterals:
    Organize and maintain a library of brandassets ensuring accessibility to relevantstakeholders.
    Oversee the creation of marketingcollateral ranging from brochures and banners to digitaladvertisements.
    Ensure all design work maintains highstandards of quality and luxuryappeal.
    Develop impactful and persuasive designthat complements copy visual designs and communicates brandmessageseffectively.


    KeyRequirements:

    Bachelors degree in Marketing or a relatedfield. Masters degree is aplus.
    Proven experience of minimum 8 yearsworking in a senior creative role within the luxury hospitality orlifestyle sector.
    Exceptional portfolio showcasing a rangeof creative projects across branding visual communication andgraphic design.

    Proficiency in industrystandard designsoftware such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop IllustratorInDesign).Strong understanding of luxury brandingand the ability to translate brand values into visualelements.

    Excellent storytelling skills bothvisually and through copywriting with an eye for detail and acommitment toquality.
    Ability to lead a creative team managemultiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
    Strong communication and collaborationskills to work effectively with crossfunctionalteams.
    A passion for staying updated with designtrends industry advancements and emerging technologies.
