Job Title: Manager - Finance & Accounts

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to oversee the financial operations of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, finance, taxation, and other legal corporate compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Ensure statutory payments are made on or before due dates, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement effective internal financial controls, providing timely management information reports.
• Oversee payroll management, receivables, and payables, safeguarding cash flows between associated foreign companies.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements, coordinating with auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with financial institutions, revenue departments, and government agencies to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain knowledge of tax laws, including GST, VAT, Income Tax, TDS/TCS, Transfer Pricing, ROC, and local taxation systems.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably as a CA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.
