    We are seeking a skilled HR Analyst to join our team at {company}. As an HR Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on key HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze and report on employee turnover rate, recruitment analysis, recruiter performance, compliance, employee engagement, and learning & development (L&D) data.
    • Utilize Power BI and Excel to extract, analyze, and visualize data from HR systems and other relevant sources.
    • Create comprehensive HR dashboards and reports to track employee performance, engagement, and recruitment trends.
    • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes based on data analysis.
    • Ensure timely and accurate compliance reporting in line with regulatory requirements.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI and Advanced Excel.
    • Knowledge of HR metrics, compliance reporting, and data visualization.

    Desirable Skills

    • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems.
    • Expertise in HR analytics, including turnover rate and recruitment performance analysis.
    • Strong visualization skills using Power BI or similar tools.
    • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date data.
    • Excellent communication skills.
