Job DetailsWe are looking for a skilled and innovative Solution Architect to join our technology team.
This role requires expertise in AWS, orchestration layers, and microservices, with a particular emphasis on integrating security at every stage of architecture and development.
This role demands a strong background in both frontend and backend technologies, including , Java, APIs, and AWS Lambda functions, and a proven ability to design scalable, secure and efficient systems.
Primary responsibilities (not limited to)Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure web application architectures using AWS, focusing on services like API Gateway and ActiveMQ.Develop and maintain an orchestration layer for integrating various microservices into seamless workflows.
Lead development teams to ensure that architecture solutions align with business goals and technology guidelines through collaboration with product team.
Define best practices and standards related to API design, testing, and CI/CD using Github Actions and Jenkins.Conduct system performance tests and provide high-level diagnostics and optimization recommendations.
Lead technical discussions and provide innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
Document all architectural designs and analysis work.
Stay updated on new technologies and software development trends, applying them to the initiative as applicable.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in solution architecture with a strong emphasis on security in cloud-based environments.
Extensive experience with AWS cloud services and managing microservices architecture.
Proficient with front-end technologies, specifically experience with Java and Python programming languages.
Experience with API Gateway, ActiveMQ, Github Actions, and Jenkins.
Demonstrated ability to design scalable and responsive web application architectures.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Certifications in AWS or other cloud technologies.
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
